Job duties are all pre-litigation case file work to include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Answering phones.
Communicating with clients with case updates and setting appointments.
Opening claims with insurance companies, sending LORs, maintaining ongoing communication with insurance adjusters.
Direct communications with medical providers, ordering medical records and following up on medical records requests.
Maintaining files, i.

, keeping medical records and billing up to date in the file, ordering police reports, notifying DMV on non-police response matters, handling property damage, maintaining accounting of file costs, handling health insurance subrogation matters, providing health insurance information to medical providers, if applicable, and filing correspondence in corresponding case file.
