This will include direct recruitment and supporting managers in sourcing professional staff.
The HR and Recruitment Coordinator's responsibilities include contributing to yearly staff development plans, keeping up to date with requirements for recruitment purposes, and participating in recruitment opportunities.
To be a successful Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will ideally have experience in human resources.
You must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
You should also demonstrate a good aptitude for digital tools and communications.
Responsibilities:
Assist and coordinate the development of strategic professional recruitment plans/pipelines.
Perform initial interview and screening processes to determine candidates' qualifications.
Research and participate in conferences, job fairs, and recruitment opportunity events.
Coordinate recruitment activities with the HR team and hiring managers.
Manage new candidate onboarding process Schedule pre-employment training sessions Coordinate drug testing, background check, driving records in accordance with company policy Submit Client badge requests with vendor as requested by Manager Monitor and manage recruiting budget.
Develop and maintain advertising content for recruitment efforts.
Maintain and manage outstanding communication with candidates.
Develop partnership with training sites and programs as well as other training facilities.
Maintain New Hire documentation and communicate candidate status to stakeholders.
Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to build meaningful rapport with all candidates and internal stakeholders Knowledge of digital recruitment tools.

) Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) skills Good analytical and organizational skills Must pass background and drug testing The Recruitment Coordinator role has a starting range of $18-$21/hour.
Candidates with existing/extensive recruiting experience may be considered for a higher-level role as a Professional Recruiter with a higher hourly rate and expanded responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and/or sit up to 10 hours per day Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 15 pounds (training equipment, office supplies and/or other equipment) Must have sufficient hearing to respond to normal verbal speech and telephone communications Must have sufficient visual acuity to read and understand resumes, applications, employee listings, computer screens, check identification (such as I-9 paperwork) and to distinguish the faces of employees, contractors and visitors Must have a command of the English language that is easily understood and spoken Skill Requirements:
Exceptional professionalism and ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality of information and data at all times Knowledge and experience of Accurate background application is a plus.
