Essential Functions:
Update and maintain social media careers accounts.
Respond to incoming inquiries via Empire careers page.
Submits new requisition requests for approval and posts approved requisitions in Dayforce.
Initiate pre-employment procedures and monitor candidate progress.
Keeping in continuous communication with recruiter, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the process.
Schedule and confirm candidate interviews for hiring managers as requested.
Include recruiters on all communication confirming interviews.
Manage the Employee Referral program which includes documenting on spreadsheet, monitoring and follow up with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates as needed.
Manage Internal Applicants which includes documenting on spreadsheet, monitoring and follow up with hiring managers and recruiters.
Maintain and update Requisition Activity Log in a timely manner.
Assist in posting job openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates as requested.
Assist with coordinating college recruiting initiatives, attending career fairs for company recognition and recruiting; developing and maintaining working relationships with colleges to aid in recruiting.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System.
Assist with attracting applicants by advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Track all job fair data for analysis by recruiters.
Attend local job fairs as requested.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations.
Report any unsafe acts or conditions.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Type proficiently at a minimum of 50 WPM.
Knowledge of general Human Resources and recruiting functions.
Mail distribution techniques, operation of fax machines, copy machines and filing using an alpha and numeric system and explaining recruitment and benefit information.
Proficient computer technology skills, including ability to utilize company authorized software.
Ability to recognize and secure confidential and sensitive materials.
Provides accurate and timely assistance in providing employee related services.
Maintains accurate and complete records.
Effectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.
Achieves a customer focus by delivering high quality, cost effective service.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a human resource recruiting role or administrative in an HR Department.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service role with heavy customer contact.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in the job function.
Proficient English, grammar, spelling, punctuation and math skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
