Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARYDevelop and manage marketing programs, support business objectives, foster customer retention, execute business development, and provide company branding.
Create promotions and manage company advertising campaigns and strategies.
Ability to write and maintain social media content.
Work independently at a senior level, work directly with our website developer, and maintain active social media status.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Experience creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations.
Create and maintain social media content across multiple platforms Attend trade shows with an open mind as these events can lead to partnerships or gain new clients.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field Advanced written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience with online marketing, including social media, content marketing and automation.
Understanding of public relations.
Ability to quickly adapt to change.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
