Our family-oriented firm has been in business since 2002.
We are looking for a long-term candidate to join our team.
We are willing to train and mentor law clerks ranging from 1L to 3L, depending on the candidate, for potential attorney positions.
We are also open to young attorneys with little to no experience.
We do not handle any type of litigation and most employees work 40 hours a week.
Overtime is sometimes necessary, but not a consistent demand.
Work life balance is important to us.
Our ideal candidate would have a strong interest in wills, trusts, & estates.
We are open to remote or part time work for law clerk positions while the candidate is still in school, but the position would need to be in-person during summer break and after graduation.
We are also looking for drafting paralegals, proofreaders, and support staff.
We are willing to train the right candidate in all areas.
Work ethic and a great attitude goes far with us.

Law clerk requirements:
Enrolled in, or graduated from, an ABA-accredited law school; GPA of 3.
0 or higher, willing to consider circumstantial variations; Interest in Wills, Trusts & Estates; Strong work ethic and great attitude; Typing speed of 50
wpm; Word, WordPerfect, or similar word processing experience; Salary range is $25 to $50 per hour, depending on how far along you are into the JD program, licensure, and other determining factors.
Currently barred attorneys are also encouraged to apply and salary negotiations are open.
