Responsibilities:
The Sales Team Lead spends a portion of their week making sales but balances their sales goals and objectives with training and mentoring new sales agents on the team as well.
Strong sales skills as well as some type of mentorship or leadership experience is a must for this role.
The Sales Team Lead is responsible for supporting the sales staff and increasing sales.
