This position requires the applicant to be efficient in all areas of repairs.
Including but not limited to drywall repair, painting, plumbing, carpet cleaning, landscaping and pool & spa maintenance.
If certifications are required, the hotel will provide the training.
Tools and equipment to complete the task are provided by the hotel.
