Sales Operations Supervisor
The Role The Order Operations Supervisor is a member of the Global Business Operations team primarily supporting the local regional requirements and participates in sales operations, order management, payments, and compliance.
This is a behind the scenes operations role and is primarily not customer facing.
However, some members of the team might work directly with customers and vendors from time to time.
Responsibilities o Performs daily processing of all operational aspects of sales orders, including but not limited to invoicing and refunds o Responds to order-related information requests from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organization o Records information and ensures quality of data in CRM and other internal systems that support sales, production and financial management o Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions o Coordinates with Finance and IT to ensure orders and payments are accurately captured in all downstream systems o Keeps up to date with regional Order Ops colleagues with similar functional specialties, to help ensure consistency of process across regions o Articulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processes o Participates in special projects as needed Requirements o High attention to detail with data entry o 3-5 years of experience with Order Management and Processing o Minimum Bachelor's degree or evidence of exceptional ability o Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines o Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills o Ability to adapt to frequent change o Comfort working with multiple teams and colleagues from various management levels o Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume o Customer service oriented o Experience with Salesforce a plus Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
