Great working environment Paid Training Summary/Objective Maintain cleaning and maintenance of the facility Essential Functions Custodians are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the inside of the building.
Duties include picking up rubbish, sweeping, taking out trash, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, cleaning windows and doors, and cleaning and restocking the cafe.
You may be required to operate industrial cleaning equipment or machinery.
Keep the shop clean of spilled liquids Sweep all interior floors Clean and restock the caf daily Vacuum office floors Empty garbage daily Clean every restroom in the dealership daily Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional Restock all facility supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and bags Adhere to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facilities management team Clean spills and messes from time to time Competencies Inventory control Ability to communicate both verbally and written Work Environment Maintain a neat clean work area.
Responsible to ensure that customers' non-public information is kept secure at all times.
This position requires working inside the building and outside as needed.
The temperature can fluctuate significantly as some areas are non-environmentally controlled.
While being around vehicles, exhaust fumes may be present.
The presence of excessive noise, paint, dust, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stretch, lift, reach, climb, and carry.

Hearing and vision within normal ranges (with or without corrective measures as needed) are essential for standard essential duties and inspections.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time onsite position.

Overtime may be requested periodically if needs necessitated, with notice when permissible able.
Travel Local travel to the worksite is required on a daily basis.
Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent All required e-learning must be kept up to date.
Preferred Education and Experience Previous housekeeping experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
