We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.
As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent in the Behavioral health care industry.
You will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
In this role you will act as a subject matter expert and resource for the team, providing guidance on complex recruitment scenarios, candidate negotiations, and compliance-related matters.
As the Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will assist in fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various recruitment methods to source, attract, and identify high-quality candidates for behavioral health positions, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff.
Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Assess their clinical and technical skills, as well as their compatibility with our organizational values.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with behavioral health professionals, mental health associations, educational institutions, and other industry stakeholders.
Network and attend healthcare conferences and job fairs to expand the candidate pool and stay updated on industry trends.
Recruitment Strategy:
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Advise on market trends, compensation packages, and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and employment laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring decisions.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice in the behavioral health sector.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns, employee engagement programs, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology and data analytics to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Leadership:
provide direction and guidance to the recruiting team, overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring the achievement of recruitment goals and targets.
Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations with the recruiting team, providing coaching and support to drive their professional growth and success.
Training & Development:
Support the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to streamline workflows and ensure consistency, including training of staff.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years' experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter with an emphasis on physician recruitment.
3-5 years' experience in a senior or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including its various specialties, roles, and credentials, (preferably behavioral health).
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and EEOC, and their implications for recruitment.
Proven Experience sourcing passive candidates.
Strong understanding of candidate evaluation methods, such as behavioral interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Knowledge of and experience with relocation and international visa processes.

$90,000 to $110,000 base

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
