Lead your team to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are completed while meeting performance standards Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus Represent the company's value, vision, and culture to all associates Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
