Will take care of all aspects of client services.
Being detail-oriented, organized, and accurate with paperwork is essential.
Job brief Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients Handling of legal contracts and applications o Handle requests and queries appropriately o Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments o General paperwork and filing Will need to be fingerprinted and have a background check done.

Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Requirements Proven work experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office and English proficiency Outstanding organization and time management skills Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Reliable automotive transportation Detailed Duties All client issues resolved immediately or communicated to the client every 24 hours Answer/Resolve all Calls/Voicemails Processing Business within legal due dates Assistance of re-allocation of assets Prep Meeting Agendas Send out internal communications daily and as needed (including but not limited to mailings & emails, celebratory communications) Print out reports (including notes, opportunities & call logs) Setup new leads properly in database Tasks & Workflows Prep Appointment Folders Keep Calendars up-to-date (including meeting times, prep times, etc.
) Insure all dictations/transcriptions are put into database correctly Email Coordination Paperwork- Prep, Filing, Scanning, and Organization Assistance w/Marketing Events & Campaigns (on-site and off-site) Make simple changes to website and social media Update Information to State & Federal Agencies as needed (including licensing) Office Organization (including resource library, vacuuming, refrigerator stocked and cleaned, dusting, etc.
) Assist w/organization of online folders & structure Order office supplies & materials as needed Assist Office Manager w/other duties as needed Job Type:
