Summary:
Supports the growth of training intiatives related to employee, client and/or education partnerships.
Assists with development of training programs, provides logistical support and tracking of key information, data and metrics.
Essential Functions:
Develops training program strategy with department leaders.
Hosts and facilitates meetings with operations, clients, and education partners.
Coordinates and schedules events related to training initiatives.
Develops event calendar to support training initiatives and partnerships.
Coordinates the use of classrooms, Empire conference rooms and third party facilities for meetings/events.
Attends offsite meetings and participates on advisory boards related to training/education initiatives.
Tracks program expenses and processes vendor payments.
Provides necessary reports for analysis of training departments functions and outputs.
Works with technical team to develop automated solutions to support initiatives.
Communicate in a timely fashion with all departments regarding schedules.
Works safely at all times.
Adheres to all applicable safety policies.
Complies with all company policies, procedures and standards.
ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
Travels to branch locations and conferences as required.
Maintains accurate individual and departmental training records in a variety of formats.
Produce training materials and develops communications, as needed.
Communicates changes and/or process improvements to staff as well as other internal departments.
Demonstrates a proficiency in understanding the training required for technical positions.
Assists with helping coordinate company assigned tours of the Mesa campus.
Coordinates student events.
Assists in coordinating the ThinkBIG student program working with schedules, instructors students and graduation award event.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Works within and promotes corporate values.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to independently write grammatically correct routine business correspondence in a concise, logical manner.
Superlative phone and client service skills.
Knowledge of standard office practices, procedures and equipment.
Proficient computer technology skills, including demonstrated skill to utilize company authorized software.
Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.

Interpersonal skills sufficient to effectively motivate training staff, students, and instructors.

EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Valid drivers license.
Minimum two (2) years in training and/or administration preferred.
Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
