Key Responsibilities Provide customer support for client inquiries through the CE Portal, email, phone and Live Assist.
Available as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and interdepartmental relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and client representatives.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives and escalations to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage client engagement by providing timely response times and effective communication.
Contribute to client satisfaction.
Responsible for claims processing and status updates.
Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills Required At least 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations.
Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
Can do, positive demeanor.
