The Warehouse Manager role will assist in setting up our new location in Nevada and oversee all of our warehouse operations.
Will initially be working independently and eventually building a team below.
This is a role that will present new challenges every day and will require someone who will go the extra mile to ensure each task is completely thoroughly and with attention to detail and willing to wear a number of different hats including Shipping, Receiving, Customer Service, Delivery Driving etc.
while following our Standard Operating Procedures.
Work environment is fast-paced and time critical, with a very expansive array of products.
Job Duties:
Oversee and manage logistics for the transportation of product to customers communicating with drivers, customers and management to ensure efficient delivery Oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency Enforce standards and procedures by complying with company and legal guidelines Oversee daily operations and manage inventory and logistics Loading, transporting and delivering product to customers in a safe and customer service oriented fashion Oversee all shipping processes Collaborate with sales team to resolve customer requests and complaints Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to develop team Process employee requests including vacation, PTO and assist with time off scheduling
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience - Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience - Experience with shipping/receiving software - Clean driving record Job Type:

No less than 35 per week
