SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provides information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, ensures that their needs are met.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Generate sales to meet the monthly sales target.
Inform customer of new products, deals, and promotions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Set up new customer accounts and dealer applications.
Process orders in SalesPad.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated person.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and any special actions taken.
Prepare and submit daily invoice to dealers.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Some college preferred.
Sales, customer service, or call center experience with strong phone skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
SalesPad knowledge preferred.
Ability to accurate enter data and perform mathematical calculations.
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to operate with minimal direction.
High attention to accuracy and efficient is required.
Capable of multi-tasking and problem solving.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Classic car or auto knowledge a plus but not required.
Reliable transportation is required.
Reference checks are required.
Monday through Friday.
40 hour work week.
8 hour daily shift between 8:
00am and 5:
00pm.
In office only - no remote work offered.
No overtime required.
