The Research and Development and Packaging STEM Summer Internship Program provideshigh-performing Engineering /Life Sciences students with real-life work experience.
The GlobalResearch & Development department encompasses the scientific, engineering, and technicalsub-functions across every aspect of Package, Product, Integrity, Technical ServicesOrganization, Advanced Technologies, Scientific Communications, Testing, and ConsumerSciences.
During their 12 weeks in the program, the interns will gain insights from our scientists,engineers, and product developers who thrive on the challenge of formulating and designingnew products, packages, and experiences.
Interns will have the ownership of high priorityprojects instrumental to the R&D function and business, working in collaboration with multipleteams and functions within the organization.
There will be networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provideexposure to other facets of the company, including senior management.
