Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile Understanding modern technology solutions and architectures, enabling the analyst to propose viable technical solutions Skills in managing organizational change, including preparing, supporting, and helping individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for creating clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations Desired Skills Prior experience in similar transformation projects, showing an understanding of the challenges and best practices in transitioning from legacy systems Deep understanding of the specific industry (Contact center) in which the transformation is taking place, including industry trends, challenges and compliance requirements Understanding of UX design principles to ensure the new systems are user friendly and meet the needs of end users Ability to think strategically and align project goals with broader strategic transformation objectives Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex problems during the transformation Roles and Responsibilities Thoroughly analyze and understand the existing legacy systems to determine workflow functionalities, processes, and limitations that need to be addressed in Salesforce Gather and analyze business/product requirements from stakeholders.
This involves interviews, workshops, and discussions to understand the needs and expectations for the transformation Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the new system, ensuring they are feasible and align with the overall project goals Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the technical solutions being developed meet business needs and are aligned with the transformation objectives Lead change management efforts, helping the organization and its employees transition to the new system.
