Real Estate Brokerage Receptionist Job
Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our real estate brokerage firm.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1.
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
2.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
3.
Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and the general public via phone, email, and in-person.
4.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for agents and brokers.
5.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
6.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
7.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
8.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
9.
Coordinate meetings and events as requested.
10.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
2.
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
3.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
5.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
7.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
8.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
9.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
10.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is an asset but not required.
Working Conditions:
- This position is based in an office environment.
- Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work required for events or meetings.
- The receptionist may be required to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
