As a Suit Selling Specialist, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing suits, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Objectives To grow our Tailored 53X business and market share through improved sales, service, and execution.
Develop a strong customer base through the use of our clientelling system thereby increasing the 53X store penetration.
To develop and execute a strategy to grow 53X sales by a minimum of 5%.
Partner with Management team to achieve total 53X department goal.
Develop close working relationship with Dillard's management and vendor partners.
To develop a highly trained and passionate Tailored leader in-store.
Charged with championing 53X sales growth, and dedicated to training incoming, as well as existing staff.
Selling specialist will set the example of customer service, sales productivity, event execution, and continuing education.
Qualifications Strong communication skills Excellent customer service skills Proven sales ability and product knowledge Experience in training and mentoring others is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Strong attention to detail Organizational and time management skills Relevant experience in fashion or apparel is a plus, but not required.
