Do you have hands on experience and knowledge of the assembly and installation in the construction or building materials field? Do you have a passion for safety? Then you could be the Installer we've been looking for.
In the role of Installer, you will be an integral part of our shop and field installation team working as an solar installer and technician.
Your role is critical to the organization and will prove pivotal in the continued growth of Sunpower by Todays Energy Store.
This position requires a dedicated and responsible person who is willing to learn new skills and capable of professionalism and follow through to deliver great customer service.
Technicians must be able to handle issues with customers in a professional manner and communicate with team members with decision making while in the field.

The skill, ambition, adaptability, willingness to learn and if you have field experience in the Solar industry.
Preferred
Experience:
Roofing and/or electrical experience, plus previous experience working at height and on rooftops 1-3 stories.
Complete required basic construction and workshop duties, to include accurate layout and planset interpretation, Basic equipment maintenance Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, plans and blueprints Ability to communicate fluently with conversing, reading and writing in English Ability to drive long distances to work sites Ability to safely operate forklift, and employee must be able to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to work flexible work-hours, including outside weather conditions Ability to work in fast-paced work environment Even Better if You Have the Following Characteristics:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work at heights attained by climbing ladders.
The employee is regularly exposed to heights, precarious places and outside weather conditions which might include extreme cold and extreme heat.
The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
