We are looking for applicants with reception and/or customer service experience, reliable transportation, and an outgoing and friendly personality.
Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones - Inbound and Outbound Calls Relaying information to doctors and staff regarding clients and patients Checking in and checking out patients Register/cash handling Cleaning exam rooms and lobby frequently Filing and scanning paperwork Preparing paperwork for daily surgeries and boarders Educating clients on our services and products Knowledge of the VIA Practice Management System(or similar) is a plus.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
