You will be responsible to carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Regional Maintenance Director and Community Manager Roles & Responsibilities Perform tasks personally or delegate to assistants Oversee and inspect the work performed by assistants Maintain records of preventive maintenance, service request, and make ready status of all vacant apartments Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair involving:
o Electrical & Plumbing o A/C and heating o Appliances o Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings o Interior/exterior lights o Gas fixtures and appliances o Fireplaces, ceiling fans o Water irrigation systems Assist in keeping the grounds neat and free of litter Education & Requirements Minimum of 3
years of experience in property management High school diploma required Current Certifications Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Ability to train and direct maintenance staff Job Type:
