- Greet and check-in patients for 2 in 1 medical practice, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments - Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system - Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
