Job
Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
Oversee all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors for office supplies and services.
Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Software Negotiations:
Lead negotiations for office and operational software, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft Business Central 365 and securing cost-effective solutions for the company.
City Licensing and Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits as required by city regulations.
Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements affecting the operation.
Operational Support:
Provide comprehensive support for day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating with different departments, and implementing process improvements.
Financial Oversight:
Assist with budget preparation, monitor office expenditures, and prepare financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation.
Facility Management:
Ensure the office environment is maintained to high standards, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed to provide a safe and efficient workspace.
Key Requirement:
Experience with Microsoft Business Central 365 is preferred, as it is integral to our operational management and financial processes.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within the food manufacturing industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR functions, vendor management, and software negotiations.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships.
Familiarity with city licensing and compliance regulations.
Leadership skills with the ability to oversee and motivate a team.
