A caring team and support system in place for the dentist to flourish.
Excellent income potential as compensation is based on a percentage of production or guaranteed base salary, whichever is higher.
A dentist must have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable seeing kids and be proficient in restorative dentistry on primary teeth including fillings, extractions, stainless steel crowns, nusmile crowns and space maintainers.
The dentist is expected to only use nitrous and not utilize any oral sedation regimens to treat the kids patient population.
