Position:
Client Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients interested in music lessons, guiding them through our offerings with a consultative and supportive sales approach.
Handle phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Seek new teaching opportunities with schools, daycares, and corporate clients to expand our musical community.
Follow up with past prospects, rekindling interest and showcasing the value of Musician's Mobile lessons.
Conduct post-lesson follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and prompt resolution of client issues.
Maintain accurate client records, updating information in our company database.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, administrative or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in computer software (e.
g.
, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
Nice to have:
Some basic background in playing an instrument or music expertise.
Knowledge of how to use a CRM.
Additional Details:
This is a remote position, offering flexibility with intermittent daytime hours and the possibility for night time hours.
Reach potential clients within 24 hours in the time frame of roughly 11am-7pm but you are not expected to work that entire time frame.
Roughly 3-10 hours per week.
