Burke Williams is a world-class urban day spa with eleven luxurious locations throughout California.
As a Call Center Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our spa guests, handling inbound calls in a fast-paced remote environment.
You'll provide outstanding service, address guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and handling customer inquiries such as booking spa reservations, gift purchases, membership account questions, and general spa inquiries.
Strive to meet or exceed quality of service and performance goals.
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude towards spa guests at all times.
Providing accurate information about our spa services, products, or general info.
Technical Requirements:
Must have a Desktop Computer or Laptop with Windows 10 or higher, Internet Service We're looking to staff full time schedules that include Saturday and Sundays.
Must live in Las Vegas/ Henderson, Nevada to be considered.
Devices not accepted:
Chromebook, iPad, Mac Hot spot or WIFI-only If any further technical adjustments need to be made, this will be discussed upon interview.
About You:
You're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a gift for communication.
You're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, articulate and have a genuine warm personality that shines right through the phone.
We strive for 5-star ratings on every call! You have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar call center role working remotely is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to work weekends and have a flexible schedule for a variety of shifts to be considered.
Training and Schedule Commitments:
Paid training beginning (TRAINING DATE) if hired 2-week training program via zoom with a live trainer Training schedule is Monday-Friday 8:
30am- 5:
00pm After training is complete, the work schedule will change to a permanent schedule, including weekends.
You must be able to work weekends to be considered for this role.
