Electrical Engineer Lithion Battery is a vertically integrated manufacturer of cells and rechargeable battery packs servicing the Medical, Energy, Robotics, Industrial, and Military/Defense marketsLithion Battery works closely with OEM manufacturers and end users to provide custom and high-quality power solutions for critical applications where reliability is paramountJob Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic teamIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge battery technology, designing and developing energy storage solutions for a variety of applicationsYour expertise in electrical engineering and passion for innovation will be instrumental in driving our projects forward and shaping the future of sustainable energyIf you are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding position, we invite you to applyKey Responsibilities & Tasks Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability Supports electronic circuit life cycle Battery Management System (BMS) design, development, and support Collaborates with Engineering team on design of new products PCBA layout and design using Altium Designer or Cadence OrCad Participates in electrical/electronic hardware design reviews and validation Performs Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) of circuits Supports quality team in failure analysis and development of corrective actions Provides technical support for electrical/electronic testing as assigned Maintains high Engineering Design Standards Performs other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in battery technology, energy storage systems and product design Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer Familiarity with battery management system firmware design, validation, and implementationStrong aptitude in reading schematics and diagnosing/troubleshooting electronic assemblies, systems, and software Experience with CAN, RS485, and external interfaces are required Experience with debugging electronics using lab equipment including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, signal generators, logic analyzers, etcExperience with Project/Issue management tools Proficiency in soldering electronics assemblies (through-hole and surface mount) Experience and proficiency with the Altium Designer and similar products Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning PI494e198f87be-26276-33280125 Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Battery Management Battery Technology (Battery) Business Process Improvement Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Debugging Apply to this job.
