TechQuest Marketing seeks dynamic computer/Internet-savvy individuals for a challenging career in customer service/product support. Familiarity with social media, cloud-based computing and related concepts is a BIG plus. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in our products and will be responsible for assisting customers in completing applications online and over the phone, informing customers of product features, product add-ons and terms and helping customers navigate through our website.

Ability to navigate through the Internet with ease
Receive a passing score on our Internet navigation test (i.e., FaceBook, Creating Online Accounts, Tab-Browsing, etc.)
Possess an above average knowledge of computer/Internet terminology
Ability to keyboard 35-40 WPM with high degree of accuracy
Possess strong spelling and grammar skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in handling an influx of inbound customer service calls
Verifiable experience in Customer Service Excellence
A background in customer product support is desired, but not necessary to qualify for the position if other qualifications are met. Candidates not hired for our initial start-up team (Phase I), may be considered for Phases II hiring. We will continue to add additional staff to our new product support division as demands for 24/7 product support increase.
During our initial start-up Phase (I), all selected candidates will come on-board as part-time Consultants at a pay rate of $10.00-$12.00 per hour. Paid on-site training will be provided by a corporate representative of the product development team. Upon successful 30-60 day review, proven Consultants will be reclassified as part or full-time employees, receive an immediate wage increase to $12.00-$15.00+ per hour (DOE) and become a company-certified Product Support Specialist.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
