RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to:
Work directly with customers on the sales floor and effectively evaluate their needs utilizing customer service skills and product knowledge.
Contribute to sales and margin goals by establishing strong working relationships with employees, sales team and customers to ensure service levels are exceeding customer''s expectations.
Ensure store appearance, merchandising and shelf-stock meet company requirements.
Job Requirements :
Successful candidates must have:
One year experience in the irrigation/landscape industry.
Knowledge of irrigation and landscape products.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 75 pounds.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
