Responsible for assisting Field Supervisors in the field to conduct post checks, post order trainings, and mentoring. Ensures high level of customer service is provided to clients and security guards. If any disciplinary action is necessary with a Security Guard, the Field Commander will inform the Field Supervisor to conduct the necessary Notice of Corrective Action. This is NOT a supervisory position.
Starting Pay Rate: $11.00 - $14.00 Swing / Graveyard position.
DESCRIPTION:
Conducts unannounced post inspections to investigate complaints, ensure proper attendance, and post order training.
Stands vacant posts when necessary to ensure post is covered.
Informs Field Supervisor of any problems that arise in the field with a security guard or client complaint.
Responsible to keep Field Supervisors and management informed of emergencies and unusual circumstances.
Be able to work long and irregular hours.
Must be punctual, remain awake and alert, understand post orders, and observe and report role.
Assist Field Supervisor with passing down post orders to security guards.
Assist Field Supervisor with training and mentoring of new security guards.
Able to lead by example and provide a positive model for security guards.

Must have a NV State Guard Card
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.

Neat and professional appearance at all times.
