Job Summary
The Office Clerk works as a part of the office team for Plant operations, providing administration services and support.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the administration team, an Office Clerk may perform some or all of the following duties: Provide exceptional administrative support, billing, payroll, order entry, data entry and general office duties Provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients Assist in processing new hire paperwork and weekly payroll activities Create invoices and send them to the customer Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide copies of documents or information as needed Analyze and report on and off-line results Maintain communication with clients, staff and Field Support Services Maintain knowledge of system operations and company technology Communicate with customer support departments on a regular basis Maintain familiarity with clients business and relevant information

## Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications High School degree
Highly organized, self-disciplined administrative professional who can work with little direct supervision Experienced using computers Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Human Resources background Experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll and Unions Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Work Environment
The working environment is indoors and is seasonally heated and cooled with minimal noise levels. The position requires considerable sitting, typing and the ability to move objects of less than 25 pounds. The position requires the ability to communicate in person, telephonically and via email.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
