Your daily responsibilities include:
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: _Duties include, but are not limited to the following:_
Establish and maintain files, records and reports.
Order all approved office supplies.
Ability to assist VP and hotel manager with guest inquiries
Answer all telephones and screen calls for Executives of Hotel Operations.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Send out promotional mail outs.
Assist with guests by communicating through e-mail, letter or verbally based on VP's discretion .chedule appointments for the Executives of Hotel Operations.
Must provide courteous and friendly service to all guests both internal and external.
Ability to proof read and assist with important documents, letters, memos etc.
Perform related work as required.
Ability to learn basic LMS and Stratton Warren computer skills
High level of integrity with the ability to keep confidentiality information secure.
Effective time/project management, problem solving and analytical skills.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
EXPERIENCE: _ _2 years progressively responsible experience working in the hotel industry.
EDUCATION _: _High School Diploma or GED.
SKILLS: _ _Good organization skills. Excellent communication skills. Must enjoy working with the public and have excellent guest service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policy and procedures. Must be able to type 50 wpm. Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Ability to perform basic math. Skill in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence. Must be computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. _ _

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
