W.J. Bradley Mortgage is seeking a Loan Assistant to work out of our Henderson, NV office. The Loan Assistant at W.J. Bradley is responsible for supporting one or more loan officers and serve as a point of contact for customers to resolve issues/difficulties that directly impact the customer.
Duties associated with this position include the following:
Request documents from borrowers as directed by the loan officer
Discuss products and pricing at the request of the loan officer
Coordinate submission of loans and closings
Act as the primary liaison with new business
Review complex files
Identify potential problems with loan files and arrive at workable solutions prior to submission to processing
Update loan officer on pipeline status
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

years work experience in mortgage industry
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skill
Ability to demonstrate control, flexibility, and maintain quality and high productivity when dealing with customers and changing work demands.
