CTGHS is looking for outstanding consultants with significant experience to fill the following specifications:
CTG is seeking a Senior Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing large interface development projects with teams of up to ten developers or more. In addition to strong project management ability, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with InterSystems Ensemble, a solid understanding of Oracle JCAPS integration environments as well as healthcare application and messaging standards (HL7). They must have the ability to oversee productivity of onsite and remote resources, track project progress and budget to plan and manage issues through closure.
Permanent position desired, long-term contract may be considered.
Qualifications: Required Skills:
o Demonstrated project management ability, ideally certified in one or more project management disciplines
o Extensive experience designing integration solutions between numerous HIS, clinical and ancillary healthcare systems.
o Demonstrable experience managing technology teams through system replacement projects.
o Hospital and/or other health care application experience.
o Five or more years demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Oracle JCAPS (version 6.3 exposure preferred)
o Five or more years demonstrated experience with one or more of the following legacy Oracle middleware products:
o eGate, ICAN, JCAPS SRE
o Three or more years demonstrated experience with InterSystems Ensemble
o Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, flowchart and presentation software, preferably MS Office Suite.
o Demonstrated technical and business experience.
o Good problem and issue resolution ability. Ability to diagnose problematic code, identify defect and create resolution.
o Good written and verbal communication skills.
o Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives in a rapidly changing environment and deliver quality service.
o Exceptional customer service including responding to user needs in a prompt, courteous manner.
o Demonstrate productivity while working independently with minimal guidance and direction

Desired Skills:
o PMP/PMI Certification
o Quality Certification such as Six Sigma, Lean Sigma, ISO 9000, or TQM
o Certification and/or two or more years of hands-on experience using Health Level 7 (HL7) protocol.
o Experience with common healthcare clinical and financial applications.
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will oversee large interface development teams working both at client locations and remotely to achieve a common goal. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Develops and track budgets and project economics. Manages and tracks project issues from identification to resolution.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
