Small family owned and operated Italian kitchen looking for experienced line cooks/chef helpers.
The position consists of managing daily preparation, cooking and plating all food orders in an efficient, healthful, and attractive manner.
Cooks must adhere to family recipes and procedures.
Must be able to work in a team oriented environment and under demanding conditions, multitasking at all times to ensure quick and correct delivery of food orders.
Must be able to read , speak, and understand English.
Must be able to take proper care of all kitchen equipment and have knowledge of sanitation regulations.
Hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.
