We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our Henderson, NV office location. This role will perform the following functions:
Provide software support to a wide range of domestic and international clients
Assess customer technical support needs, and handle accordingly
Analyze and resolve technical problems using problem-solving skills via telephone and remote desktop connections
Document all actions taken in our Salesforce customer care system
Identify and act on unique or recurring customer problems
You will be expected to become knowledgeable on our product offerings as well as current computer industry products and technologies.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
