Senior Sales Executive

NW Recruiters is seeking a Senior Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of company objectives, and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Designs, develops, and deploys sales strategies and action plans and secures targeted revenue for assigned solutions. Responsible for coordinating and managing all supporting business unit resources for the purpose of developing sales plans and executing targeted sales strategies. You will also beresponsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals/targets in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all new business sales, sales of additional products and modules to existing customers, and securing long term renewals of existing contracts. Meet or exceed all assigned quotas and all performance benchmarks related to assigned solutions. Conducts opportunity assessments for all accounts. Creates, maintains, and executes a strategic sales plan for all accounts within the assigned territory.
Develops high level relationships with key decision makers, including C-suite relationships beyond departmental directors. Understands customer processes and decision drivers as well as their current and future needs. Identifies ways of creating value with customers. Able to articulate ROI of products. Responsible for all client meetings, presentations, and proposals in support of sales goals.
Develops and maintains internal relationships required to meet sales targets. Works with key McKesson stakeholders to develop, maintain, and execute account plans for all customers, inclusive of everything within the account.
Owns the contracting and negotiation process. Understands the customer process to reach signature, including budget process, approvals and sign-offs required, etc. Understands and navigates the internal processes for contract creation and negotiation.
Effectively manages all relevant resources needed to meet sales targets, including client services, R&D, clinical services, sales support, business development, and legal and executive personnel to achieve objectives. Coordinates with other departments to share new business opportunities.
Provide timely and complete reporting information on the status of the sales plan, pipeline and sales progress as determined by executive management.

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of consultative sales strategies and process.
Knowledge of strategic customer management practices and protocols.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and current practices and trends experienced in the healthcare payer setting, particularly healthcare operations and provider/network management.
Knowledge of forecasting, sales strategy and plan development, and approaches to the identification and use of data to perform opportunity and market assessment. Advanced communication (both written and oral) skills.
Industry-specific knowledge pertinent to assigned products.

Education
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
