The server's responsibilities include describing menu items, answering questions, taking orders, and serving high quality food and beverages to our guests.
Server Responsibilitieso Ensure that every guest feels important and welcome.
o Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
o Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered at the restaurant.
o Apply a positive suggestive sales approach to guide guests.
o Pre-bus tables, maintain table cleanliness, and bus tables.
o Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
o Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
o Complete other general server tasks as assigned.
