Position Summary:
Process management support for the Toyota Financial Savings Bank, including working with each of the Bank Functional Areas to identify processes, interviewing associates (both on-site and at other locations) to determine process steps/flow, facilitating process mapping events, process mapping, procedure creation/updates, etc. This person will partner with the all functional area teams to organize the approach for process management and then will facilitate and execute on the approach.
Must Haves:
Strong process management experience
Process mapping
Proficiency in MS Visio, Word, Sharepoint
SOP writing/creation
Job shadowing/interview experience
Strong relationship building/interpersonal skills
Technical Writing
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of or experience with Bank Operations processes
Workshop facilitation skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
