Housekeeper needed

Looking for a part time housekeeper. My house is 2,600 sq ft.
Things You Should Know:
- I will only hire honest people
- I will pay you the same day or the next day in cash
- I will not pay for gas or other expenses you have
- This is strictly business
- Part time means 8 - 30 hours a week
- Be on time
- Must have a reliable car or transportation
- No children allowed
- Must clean excellently and efficiently
- Be respectful to me and my guests at all times
- All cleaing supplies and other supplies are included
- I may need you for help with serving my guests or parties
Cleaing Will Include, But Not Limited To:
- Windows
- Glass
- Tables
- Kitchen (stove, oven, sink, dishes, countertops, etc.)
- Mopping
- Sweeping
- Disinfecting
- Dusting
- Laundry
- Bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, etc.)
- Vacuuming
- Organizing objects
- Backyard (dog waste, tables, grill, leafs, etc.)
- Wiping down objects such as desks, counters, stair railing, etc.)
- Organizing objects (cabinets, desks, closets, etc.)
- Other miscellaneous things you see that needs attention
Things You Should Know About Me:
- I am very honest
- I am strict but can be lenient
- I am fun and outgoing and very bubbly
- I will respect you if you respect me
- I love a clean and spotless house
- I may do a background check
- No resume required but prefferred
Bonuses:
- Paying extra at times
- Taking you out to eat
- Give you food to take home or other things to take home (sometimes I do not cook all my food before it goes bad, so I would rather give it to you then throw it out)
I will rarely ask you to come before 8am and after 8pm, unless really needed. I live in a safe area, with a burglar alarm, two small dogs who are friendly, and have a boyfriend. I do not discriminate either. All I look for is for you to do your job very well and in a timely manner. I am the most nice and genuine person out there. I am stating these facts above because of the previous experiences I have had with other housekeepers and want to make things very clear.
