Global Manager, IT Compliance and Access Control
Compliance and Access Control:
Manages 2 FTEs responsible for the provision of Access Control, and IT Compliance Support.
Trains, supervises work activities, and evaluates performance.
Compliance/Risk Control:
Implements, manages and revises controls and documentation that provide evidence of IT's regulatory compliance, ensuring that:
Only authorized changes are made;
Changes are made at the approved time;
Changes are made in the approved manner;
Sufficient are available to provide evidence that the change control process exists and is effective
Globally responsible for supporting internal and external IT audit requests and mitigates risk related to findings.
Access/Risk Control:
Implements, manages and revises mechanisms and controls used to mitigate risk associated with access to IT resources and ensures information security is protected, including:
Only authorized users are granted access to Applications, Networks, and Physical Objects and sites, and the appropriate approvals for access are fully authenticated
Passwords are managed appropriately, and reset in the approved manner
Privileged access is only granted in accordance with approved control mechanisms
Globally responsible for handling user request tickets that relate to Access and authentication.

Education & Experience:
Degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering or Information Management from a recognized University.
Minimum 8 years' experience of progressive IT responsibility coupled with consulting exposure in gathering business requirements for a wide range of business applications, information technology management and leadership;
Knowledge of Global issues facing IT and the various global regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Financial Controls, Application Security/Hardening, and other regulations relating to information management and retention.
Previous experience implementing Projects for a multi-national organization.

Specialized Skills or Certifications:
As a global role, the candidate must be willing to accommodate occasional meetings and activities outside regular business hours
Proven experience working with content management technologies, such as Content Server
Proven experience configuring and customizing information technologies based on user requirements.
Proven experience managing 3rd party service providers.
Excellent written and spoken English skills and working knowledge of Spanish.

Required:
Willingness and ability to travel to Local offices in North America and South America
Ability to lead cross-functional and/or pan-Local teams in a matrix organization.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
