The Recruiter leads executive recruitment function for MGM Resorts in order to attract best in class leadership talent, this role will establish executive recruitment strategy, develop broad sourcing channels, manage search firms, and ensure utilization of standardized selection procedures.

- Recruiting experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high quality results.
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
