CTG is looking to hire an energetic and results orientedDelivery DirectorwithEpic Community Connectexpertise within the areas of solutions selling, project management, implementations, optimization and best practice methodologies to join and lead our Epic Practice. The Delivery Director will serve as theCTG Championfor all Epic Connect programs and will manage the delivery of those services.
Job Description:
The successful Delivery Director in Epic will be motivated, want to make a difference, as well as directly impact the Epic Practice by:
Providing professional leadership and coordination of targeted business solutions that utilize CTG's broad solutions offerings.
Working with delivery and sales to oversee service offerings, enhance tools and methodologies and serve as executive leader over projects.
Creating high level executive content within the Epic Community and nurture established strategic relationships.
Managing the delivery functions, processes and procedures for all projects with a clear focus on creating top-notch client experiences.
Providing education to CTG internal teams to assure an organizational understanding of the Community Connect program goals, objectives, value, benefits and methodology.
Executing sales calls and work in conjunction with the Client Partners to drive the sales pipeline for Community Connect.
Working closely with the Implementation/Optimization Delivery Director to mentor and train new CTG associates on the methodology and tools.
Providing oversight in collaboration with the Implementation/Optimization Delivery Director of the CTG client teams in the field.
Working to continuously improve and update our process adding new vendor Connect solutions as they emerge in the market.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and drive Epic Community Connect solutions sales for various clients throughout the U.S.
Lead generation for upcoming project and new business initiatives.
Create and conduct advanced solutions presentations for Epic Community Connect.
Support strategic initiatives and coordinate with initiative segment management.
Identify industry trends, service innovations, cost effectiveness, and value added service propositions.
Identify meeting the needs in the Epic market segment and develop the solutions to fulfill them.
Particular expertise with early planning, cost of ownership, budgeting, etc.
Job Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in providing Director and/or Project Management level support and / or delivery of Epic Connect programs. The successful applicant will have:
Knowledge of project management methodologies and flexible approach to their application
Strong analytical skills, ability to build partnerships within a matrix environment and ability to influence executive level associates.
Through knowledge of Epic Community Connect strategies within the Healthcare IT market segments.
Experience working with multiple cultures across large geographic areas.
7 years of experience as an Epic Director.
7 years of experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager.
5 years of experience within the Epic Community Connect market.
Proven success of year-over-year growth, a proven track record of delivering on budget and within deadlines.
The ability to perform in the role of a trusted advisor for Epic Connect initiatives.
The ability to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with an ability to make effective technical and business presentations.
Preferred, But Not Required:
Epic Certification
Merger and/or acquisition planning experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
