What are you waiting for? Apply today! Job Summary The Bartender position is to work as a member of the team to mix drinks for Guests, directly or through service staff. Hold a high level of professionalism that sets them apart from other casual dining restaurants. Operate a smooth running bar that is cleanand organized at all times. Key Job Responsibilities â ¢ The Joeâ s Crab Shack Bartender is always clean, organized and working - just like his/her bar. â ¢ Acknowledge Guests immediately. â ¢ Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest. â ¢ Ensure hot food hot and cold food cold. â ¢ Be visible behind the bar at all times to assist the Guest and service staff. â ¢ Adhere to timing standards for products and service. â ¢ Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns. â ¢ Be a showman and concentrate on speed and accuracy. â ¢ Must know all food, liquor, beer, wine and retail offered. â ¢ Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests. â ¢ Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages. â ¢ Educate team members on drink recipes. â ¢ Document waste and try to avoid waste. â ¢ Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe. â ¢ Follows all recipes and specifications to provide perfect food and perfect beverages. â ¢ Follows daily cleaning calendar tasks. Minimum Requirements â ¢ Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages. â ¢ Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes. â ¢ Must have physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job descriptions. â ¢ Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions. â ¢ Must be able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all Guests at the bar top as well as the service well. â ¢ Must be able to carry food and beverages. â ¢ Must be physically able to dance. â ¢ Must be able to work in a team environment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
