Job Description
CUSTOMER CAREREPRESENTATIVE
POSITION
Summary:
Interfacewith homebuyer and trade partners to perform final orientations and diagnose, scheduleand complete warranty service work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Conducthomeowner celebrations, acquainting homeowner with operation and function ofhome, educate homeowner on proper homeowner maintenance, etc
Conducthomeowner sign offs after initial celebration
Scheduleand supervise trade partner warranty repairs in homes after delivery tohomeowner
Scheduleinspections with homeowners, assess routine warranty claims and follow throughto completion all service requests
Performphone bank monthly to follow up on homeowner satisfaction
Perform30 day and 330 day TLC's
Provideaccurate and timely information to customer care manager on progress and scopesof work
Maintainpositive homeowner relations, provide homeowner with knowledgeable, timely andprofessional service
Evaluatetrade partner and product performance
Performon call rotation
Workwith Customer Care Manager on special projects as needed
Participateand attend department meetings
Keepaccurate service request logs and documentation of all work performed
Performall other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONALREQUIREMENTS:
Four(4) years residential customer care or construction field
Highschool diploma or GED required
Validdriver's license
Maintainregular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
Excellentcommunication skills, verbal and written
Strongorganizational and interpersonal skills
Mustbe able to deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivityin public relations
Detailoriented, works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks withsimultaneous deadlines
Followdirections from a supervisor
Understandand follow work rules and procedures
Acceptconstructive feedback

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:
Requiresthe ability to work 8 hours per day in the confined quarters of a constructiontrailer, outside elements, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read Plans,climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carryequipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard andcalculator.
