Responsibilities
Lead generation and outreach directed towards the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industries.
Work with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure that projects are completed smoothly and that customers are satisfied
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Develop and nurture meaningful connections with clients old and new to boost retention rates and sales
Keep an awareness of market developments, new trends, and key competitors to remain competitive in all markets
Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
Current driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelor's preferred
To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficient use of sales tools, including customer relationship management (CRM)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
