Building Manager 1991-1993 - Managed all facility operations, including budgeting, staffing, service contracts, capital improvements, and tenant-generated retrofit projects for 240,000-square-foot office complex w/ yearly operational budget of $5.0MM.  Interfaced with ML Western Services Operations Group at all levels, engaged professional consultants, managed contractors, and interacted with local authorities regarding plan review, permitting, and inspections
