*Responsible for the Mobile Phlebotomists and their schedules.  Getting patients paperwork ready to send mobiles to their places of residence to collect according to orders faxed to me by various doctors.

*Keep a running list and logs of daily activity. Complete logs each day for all tests run in house, tests sent out, STAT tests.  Keep daily logs for each machine in the lab and logs for all refrigerators and freezers.

*Prepare paperwork to send to billing. 

*In charge of hiring mobile phlebotomists and making sure they are competent in the area of venipuncture and dealing with patients being drawn in their homes, at assisted living or other facilities.

*Responsible to faxing all patient results to the correct doctor and facility from where the orders came

*Gainful knowledge of various tests not usually used in other phlebotomy settings.
